Is a 36D cup bra size considered small?

I wear a 36D bra size and have extremely perky breasts. Yesterday my husband told me my breasts are very petite compared to other women he's been with that he said wore a DD cup size and beyond. Is that a good thing? He told me he likes them because they fit his hands perfectly like a handful. He is the first guy that has ever told me they were little usually I thought a 36D was average but to him they are very little how can this be? He said he was use to women with bigger breasts and watermelon-shaped and I'm the first one he's been with who has had perky breasts.

36D is a very healthy size to have and tbh the DD part is about your back size rather than the breast.
