You r not obligated to like or kiss or flirt with anyone until u want... do what u want.. tell the first guy that u r seeing someone and it's not fair with 2nd guy that u involve with someone else... men has obsessive nature and yes he will get angry with u when he find out.. so if u really like the 2nd guy u should care not to hurt his feelings and most importantly u also want this so do what u like most...
Never kiss someone just because they're in your friend group. Go for the other guy, it's who you like and honestly the guy in your group while might not be creeper status, he is dancing on the edge.
