A semi-famous guy who doesn't follow me back on Instagram keeps viewing my Instagram stories/looking at my page?

We talk on Snapchat (not every day) but he doesn't follow me back on Instagram and seems to check my page daily as he always views my stories I put up.

What does this mean? Is he just nosy? Or do you guys look at a girls page constantly if you're into her.. he's got a relationship of some sort longterm going on with another girl and I think that's why he hasn't followed me back, so she doesn't see. He doesn't follow many people though.

I have like the best answer to this because I once was dating a guy who behind my back was having interactions with other girls without me knowing apparently. So here's how we will break it down. If he goes out of his way to see your IG story that means he thinks you’re attractive. However, he's in a relationship dont forget that. Meaning he could be talking to go knows how many girls. His girlfriend went on my Instagram and liked then unliked one of my selfies so she was stalking my page, I have no idea how she found me or knows about me unless she saw me liking his pics but he gets over 600 likes on each photo so for her to fish me out that way is unlikely. She could've looked on his phone and seen my profile in his search history or saw that he's added me on Snapchat. But she didn't message me or confront me.

If she is stalking you then she has her suspension. He is being careless for a couple reasons 1) he just doesn't care.
2) he isn't very bright.
If he is that laxed you might want to consider he does this frequently. Maybe more than just one of you he is conversing with. You asked how do you even do that? Well if your referring to stepping back you might want to consider using the Whatts app. Or through your gmail hangouts app. They give you text phone and video chats. Get away from your snap chat. This away you can get to know someone live video interaction. At least seeing how he responds and can ask the questions you truly seek from the source.
