I think lots of people have the small ones (based on the image, you seem to be talking about beauty spots) and they don't really look too bad or off-putting, unless they're in a quite awkward place. The big ones are more off-putting, though even then, it would depend on where they are on the body e. g. if a girl has one on her back or shoulder, I wouldn't really see it as a big deal.
