I don't know and I can't say for sure if this is a deliberate attempt on his part to intentionally make you jealous or not. I mean maybe he is just sharing things with you, he is just being honest as to what is going on when you are not with him. If he is simply being honest with you, then I suppose it's a good thing.
However, it is also possible to be otherwise and as to what you are thinking he is trying to do, so It's tough to say whether this is a deliberate attempt on his part or not.
Im not one to say two wrongs should make a right, but in this case you should do it back. Flirt with guys right in front of him. Mental abuse is just as bad as physical abuse, if not worse. Bruises on the skin can heal, but bruises in the brain might never heal. Dont get jealous, get even.
