i'm sure you know that hispanic guys are very open, flirty and "aggressive", somewhat easy and awesome dancers. it's their mentality right? at least that's true for the guys I've met...

now I met an amazing guy (never met anyone that sweet and empathetic) but I fear he might just be like those other guys: a one night stand, unfaithful, player,

am I being too general?

do you know any hispanic guys that are not like that?

im hispanic and I know exactly what you're talking about. I've never dated any other race but latino because I'm used to how they are.

there ARE latinos out there that treat their woman like a queen, but there are also the majority of the guys that ARE players, unfaithful, aggressive, controlling.. etc. from personal experience I find all the latinos from all different countries to be controlling or possessive. that's just how they are.. (IF they were raised in a latino household)

i find the puerto ricans to be prettyboys.

the cubans are controlling.

mexicans are flirts.

panamanians are sweet talkers.

etc... I'm not trying to stereotype but this is what I see.

again, there are many, many hispanic guys out there that don't fit into this stereotype, I've met some. but I guess I'm general too. :)

and noo, I wouldn't say he's a flirt. If he spent that long trying to get a kiss out of you, then he probably isnt. a flirt would have given up already.

and I thought so too, but wasn't sure aobut it. I told him I don't wanna kiss him because I'd never see him again and he said he wants to see me again, and actually contacted me on facebook a few days later.

he also asked my friend if I have a boyfriend and told her that he wants to kiss me.

(she was there at the club too)

i eventually told him that I've never kissed anyone before (guess that's even more rare in Mexiko lol) and he said it wouldn't bother him

sounds like he doesn't want to give up. lol and he's complimenting you to get bonus points. hispanic guys are very romantic and if you give him a chance, I'm sure itll work out. but if he's pressuring you to do more and more.. that's the general latino I was telling you about. he;ll respect you if you make your boundaries clear.

I always thought latinas are just that easy...and that latinos expect every girl to be easy. that's why I was worried about his reaction when I told him I've never kissed anyone before. but you know his reaction was: he asked me if I WANTED to kiss him. I said yes but that I don't know what to do. he told me to just close my eyes. and then he kissed me really gentle, not sticking his tongue down my throat...:)

it depends on the girl. Because the majority of latina girls that I know are NOT easy.. and the guys know it. Thy know that if they press the wrong button.. its a heel to their face. LOL but yea its a good sign that he kissed you gently.. but watch out.. that doesn't mean he won't try to be rougher next time.

idk girl I think if they (like any guy) meet the right girl and fall in love then he won't wanna play around! I don't really know many hispanic guys but my best friend is mexican and she married a mexican guy and he treats her really good and he's so devoted to her. and this mexican guy at my job likes me and I don't think he's a player or anything so I wouldn't say "they're all like that". a lotta guys of all races are pimps and players not just hispanic. well good luck with your new guy

What do you have to lose? Take a risk. You already know what I think, why I think it, and that I trust my gut just as much as you trust yours. So just take the chance and if he's a douche you can walk away, before you sleep with him or "offer" anything other than a chance at dating you.
