It depends, in my case i wouldn't. Others may say it in a joking manner and there are a few who may possibly go gay seriously. But as i said it depends on what that person sees on themselves and feel toward that guy/girl. If they feel good liking their same sex, let them be

Because they aren't really sexually attracted to the person when they say that, and they mean that the person looks good. A fellow woman wouldn't judge whereas if a guy said "id go gay for him" they would be intensely ridiculed and made fun of for being "gay"
