What does it mean if a guy says “Noted” to a flirty text?

I offered to give him a massage later if he’s still feeling sore when he gets home with a winky face.

His response was, “Noted”

He’s at work so I didn’t really expect much of an answer but I’m also an over-analyzer so I’m curious if this feels a little dismissive or if I’m I just being ridiculous?
