Guys, Why do guys mock girls sometimes?

I have this guy friend who has recently been mocking me. Not in a malicious kind of way, but in a childish playful way. If I say something, he'll imitate me in a silly voice and smile on his face. he doesn't do this with anyone else.

Male culture is bustin balls. That is what we do to each other. The women in our lives get some of it to and the tend to say “you’re being mean”. They just need to understand we are just kidding around. Toughen up 😀

I know he's just kidding around, and I'm not taking it in a bad way, but I only asked this because he doesn't do this with any of his other friends, so why is he doing it to me?

He likes you trusts you and is showing how he we be long term. I am guessing that is how he is in some ways, not all ways, with his family. I say some ways because that is different even if you were his girlfriend.
