Why did he save my snapchat message but didn’t reply?

i asked a guy if he wanted to be in my private story and he saved the message without answering

its been a day now, does he wanna be in it or not? this isn’t the first time he does this but he also initiates some of our rare conversations

If he doesn’t reply, he clearly doesn’t want to be on it, people save messages on snapchat due to habit, unless he says a definite yes, do not add him, he could find it slightly odd, unless you talk all the time.
