Guy's Behavior

He asked for my snapchat yet NEVER opens them or replies?

Guys, do you know why he could be doing this?

There is a guy in my college class who by chance, we sat besides eachother. He didn't start conversing with me until a few weeks ago (semesters almost over!) but now when he does, he's being goofy with me and touchy. Like, he kicked my sandals around when they were off my feet. He put his glasses on me and convinced me to let him take a picture. He had his head down half the class, but when the teacher called out my name, he raised his head and looked at me as I talked with the teacher... all these signs lead to him being somewhat interested! He also asked me if I could draw him something because he saw my talent via Instagram and so we conversed through IG about it, where he asked a few weeks later through it "can I get your snapchat?" and so I gave it. Later in class when I showed him the final result, he placed his hand on my back and shoulder and was really happy and asked if he could give me anything in return and I said no. Which then he asked "Do you like donuts?" And I said "Yeah..." and he said "I'll surprise you with one sometime soon." so then I told him my favorite doughnut. But like all these signs add up to him being interested in me, right?

BUT since then, I snapped him a bit, and it was nice conversing. But then yesterday he didn't open my snapchat at all, yet he posted on his story throughout the day. Thinking that maybe he overlooked it, I sent another casual snapchat... again, it's still unopened 12 hours later. And he's the type of guy who is always on their phone. I see him during class on it whenever he can be.

When I like someone, yeah sure, I will make them wait like 10-20 mins before opening stuff sometimes. But a whole day or two? I feel like he's only interested in me during class to pass time or something... thoughts :(? Like, I wouldn't do that to the person I was interested in... And it's not that he's busy... cause he's had time to post on his stor,

When he asked for my snapchat it was like "could I get your snapchat?" Like he was excited. But why the heck ask for a girls snapchat and then not engage in chatting back and forth T_T?

I don't think it's technical issues because I snap all my other friends constantly and there is never an issue.
