Why do most guys stare at you if you wear leggings?

I don't see what's so alluring about them!

it is normal that you will not see what is so alluring about leggings exactly as we guys will no find out what is so alluring about six packs or muscles

the brain and the formation of the sexuality of the man will always think about soft curves in the women and how it will be when you touch it kiss it and so on

you shouldn't be surprised or annoyed when you find a man look at you because it some sort of admire and you should know that if man look at your body so he finds you attractive and sexy and there is no dis-resoect in that unless he stares for a long time or harasses you with a word or something like that

and belive me most of men do this Unconsciously as they can't control their instict even they are married or in relation

but for your question leggings make most of girls look sexy and curvy starting from you feet up to your butt...

I absolutely HATE seeing girls wear leggings as pants! Seriously DONT want to see you visible panty line or horrible camel toe! Either reserve them for gym wear or wear a slightly longer top that covers the crotch.

They're swxy  because they're snug & form fitting so the REALLY show off a girl's legs, & even with a shirt over the top they're vary flattering to the wist & hips, so they really catch a lot of guys' attention...
