I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing some of them do. But it always tends to be guys that are still teenagers, or at least guys in their 20's. Older guys respect a girl enough not to look or think about peeking. I've not had any guys taking a peek or caught any trying to look. @Emay71 I always wear panties underneath my skirts. I never mentioned that I don't. But one time I was getting read to go out somewhere and I think I was getting late or something. I was in a massive rush I Just threw on my top and then the skirt but forgot to wear underwear. The skirt was also short, I think I was going out to a party or event and I was definetly getting late. As I was on my way to the event and sat in my taxi I felt a little let's say..."exposed" down there. And felt a little coldness while sitting on seat. I really forgot if I actually wore underwear on not lol. I really had an urge to lift the skirt up and check that way but I obviously couldn't 😂. So when I actually reached the event I went to the bathroom to check, and to my shock I didn't have anything on. And what really sucked was I couldn't go back home to go put some panties on. So I had to spend the whole night without panties on and I'm pretty sure one guy there saw at one point that I wasn't wearing any underwear because he was subtly trying to peek. I'm pretty sure he eventually became aware of it. I had to try to keep my legs tight together to avoid flashing or that guy or anyone seeing, for the rest of the night. It sucked.
