To start with I have to disagree with your classification. The first girl is borderline anorexic, the second is thin, and the third is average to slightly chubby. Of the three, I would only like the third one that is average to slightly chubby. And in general I prefer a chubbier girl.

"Average" in general, but it's the woman and all of her, personality etc. All can be and have been attractive to me. There's more to her than her weight. The only thing that is a turn off is if she's too skinny, where you see bone definition. That is actually a turn off for me.

I prefer slim girls. I think reason guys are picking average over slim here is because first one is on thin side than slim. Second one is actually closer to slim than average, she has virtually no fat on her. But I prefer slim nonetheless.

What kind of body types do you see in men's magazines, porn, advertisements targeted at men, what kind of bodies guys go for in clubs should be answer to that. No way majority of guys go for average body types.

I like the ones who fit my notions of healthy, active. My notions might be a little bit biased and not identically aligned with optimal health ranges but I think it's fairly close. So if she's slim, I like those outgoing and energetic types, not like indoorsy low-energy frail one. And the same for "average" and so on. I prefer healthy and active to not if that's all I can choose by.
