Why do men stare at my face and eyes?

They do it for a long time, in some cases.
I don't wear makeup, I wear long and loose skirts and tops that hide my body well, BMI says I'm underweight, I am very very shy and socially inexperienced so maybe awkward, in my 20s.

Could it be I have a weird face appearance to them?

Would guys stare at a girl for being shy? And why would he do that?

Just confused why it keeps happening.

May be it's your shyness that makes them curious about you or may be you're prettier than you think. But that's not a big deal. Most of the people face such situations. So don't feel strange about that. And learn to ignore some things. Be happy, be confident.
