so this guy keeps asking for full body pics of me. We met in person he’s seen my body a bunch of times. He acts for a pic and I send him a selfie even with a little cleavage and he still wants a full body pic.

If it's clothed, maybe he enjoys looking at you, simply ask him.
If it's nude he's asking for, you have to wonder what is he up to? And if you like doing such things, do you trust him to send him such pics?
Or is he asking for these pics because he's catfishing someone?
There could be a million reasons, you just have to ask and investigate.
