Girls, Is it weird to swim in underwear?

Me and my friends and 2 other girls went swimming in our friends pool at night and they were in boxerbriefs and i had on regular whitey tighties on and the girls had on bra and panties, is that weird? It was at night and we all went inside to dry off and cover up with towels afterwards, nobody said anything about it but i felt weird about it anyone else think its weird? We got bored because of not being able to go out during covid19

I did have to cover myself after my underwear being wet getting out fruit of looms white underwear became see through looking plus they were regular briefs and not loose boxers or boxerbriefs
