Watches my stories but doesn’t reply to my messages?

So this guy and I have been talking for a while. However, after I had asked if he was single, he told me that he wasn’t ready to date anyone due to the current situation. So, I told him that it was not a big deal, as I was just making sure I wasn’t offending another girl, if he were to have a girlfriend. And after that, he just started ignoring my messages for 20+ hours but still watches my story. What does it mean? Is he annoyed? I’ve never double texted him though, unless my phone glitched, which happened once.

Don’t think to hard about it you didn’t do anything maybe he’s just going through something give him a little space and if he’s watching your story just post some cute selfies and interesting things while your at it ;) 😂
