Gawking at other women whilst in relationship?

Whenever im with my boyfriend he's always drooling over other women he sees in the streets. He's best friends a women and he gawks over one of her friends. he's told me what he likes in women physically I don't meet the criteria. He came home from work yesterday and told me about how a client was flirting with him and proceeded to lift up his shirt and talk flirtatipusly. We have sex 2 or 3 times a day, we live together. I feel like he sees other girls finds them hot and fucks me to satisfy the itch.

Why does he tell me about the women he's slept with, why does he stair at other women and let other women flirt with him to please his ego. I know I'm coming across at jealous but I don't feel comfortable and just feel like I'm being used. What should I think, how should I act?

We all check other people out all the time, thats sort of normal... i mean gawking is just bad manors really, its weird for everyone. Sounds a bit like he's a little sexually immature, i suspect he is telling you all this information to try and be honest with you, or because he is trying to get some sort of reaction from you.

Ultimately jealously is never good, people get jealous because partner does something and getting angry/jealous will just push them away. He hasn't actually done anything, but maybe make a joke about it or say "dude i dont want to know" or make up some stories about guys you been checking out and see how he reacts so he understands

You’re not coming off as jealous. It sounds more like pained exasperation and I can’t say I blame you. The very occasional, reflexive double take is one thing, but he is completely indifferent to you.

It’s said that you should not attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity, but this is pushing it to the limit. It’s almost as if he’s doing it on purpose to see what a pushover you are. Is he abusive in other ways as well?

He lasts a long time. He's been in 3 relationships before me and he went through a phase where after he broke up with his girlfriend, he'd sleep wirh a different women each night. Apparently he only had 2 one night stands before me
