Why does he keep blocking and unblocking me?

We've been talking for a few months and he seems really keen to meet me ext. We've arranged to meet up in a few weeks but for the past week or so I've noticed he blocks me on whatsapp and unblocks me and says "hey" like nothings happened. I've never questioned it before as maybe his phone was off, but nope, I've tested with my mates account and he's definitely blocked me. What do i do? Why would he block me randomly? Im so upset but I dunno what to do! Someone give me some advice.. or tips!

Thats the thing, we've arranged to meet. If he wasn't interested why would he do that? And say he loves everything about me ext.
