If guy wants to kiss my feet, is he a weirdo or it's just another silly fantasy?

We are not even dating, we just flirt playfully sometimes but that's it. Nothing more.

He never fails to let me know how much he loves kissing my feet. I've allowed him to do it few times.
Is he a weirdo? Should I maintain distance from him?
