I was texting this guy. I have been seeing for six months now. I asked him if he ever thinks about kissing me or holding my hand and I told him he can't say maybe. He said I plead the fifth and he also said no comment. Would you take that as a yes or no answer?

According to him, yes he is shy, however, I have told him before that if he ever wanted a relationship, I would not reject him.

He may still be too shy to ask. Try being more assertive with him and ask questions that he can't side step. You may just have to kiss him and see what happens.

We have kissed a couple times when we first met so it’s not like he’s never kissed me before. But for some reason after that, he stopped kissing me and made up excuses. Why now he’s back to thinking that he wants to kiss me but it’s been six months since we last kissed.

That's a long time. After knowing him for that length of time, I think it's fair to ask him where he sees the relationship going so you're not waiting for him for years.
