Really depends on the guy. For me face is the most important feature that attracts followed by overall body physique. Ass and boobs are just a bonus. Ugly face and obesity is a dealbreaker.

I normally check out a woman's ass first. It's just my thing. However when I first met my wife it was her eyes that grabbed my attention. Then when she turned to walk away I did check out her ass, bit my lower lip, rolled my eyes and mumbled Mnnn Mnnn lol.
If I get the vibe that she's a masochist. Otherwise if she's assertive and hits on me first. Those would be the two attention grabbers.
