My boyfriend kissed others at a party, how should I react?

i’ve been with this guy for a month, and the other day we had a gathering with our friends ( the group that led us to each other) and my boyfriend got drunk. I’ve never been sensitive about friends kissing each other and I had mentioned it, but i think when a pwrson is in a relationship it’s different.
so my boyfriend (he’s straight) pecked 3 of his guy friends and in a truth or dare, he made out with another guy friend of his.
Then the others dared me to kiss a girl and he was ok with it...
But afterwards, he kept on insisting on kissing a girl there to “make her awkward” and that kinda hurt me. Because even if he doesn’t like her, he is still straight and she is still a girl. The kiss didn’t happen and i let it slide, and now I don’t know if I shoild confront him about it or not. Is this behavior a red flag? Would u have gotten serious about it? What do you think we should discuss?

Does his reaction mean that he’s not that serious is the relationship yet? I feel like maybe i’m being serious about it already because i care about the future and maybe he just looks at it as a fling
