By delicate, I mean women who are short, physically weak, has a soft or skinny body, can't fight well, lightweight. Basically, a girl who needs you, as the man, to protect her.
And by strong, I mean physically, NOT emotionally or mentally. She can be athletic, muscular, or stocky. What matters is she got some muscle on her. She's at least average in a fight, she can do some heavy lifting. She can be tall and heavy for a woman. Basically, a girl who probably doesn't need your protection, and can probably keep up with you in the gym. (Doesn't have to be stronger than you or just AS strong, just kinda seems like she would make a good gym buddy or sparring partner.)

Depends on how strong said women is. If she's a body builder then that's a no but if she's got a bit of visible muscle then thats fine so i perfer a little bit of both
Not stocky or bulky. And i like more petite women but they dont have to be helpless. But im certainly the protector. Im not going to push the girl in front of me. Lmfao. That would be gay.
I never said that the "strong" woman had to be full-on muscular like WWE's Rhea Ripley. I just said she has at least some muscle on her. She can be toned while still curvy. So even a small amount of muscle will do.
Ohhhh, Carriejune Anne Ace! Yeah, she's pretty hot, but her abs aren't as defined as Becky Lynch's. I don't mind a girl who's got some strong legs, but don't forget to work on them biceps!
