With option A, think of Victoria secret models and the kind of women you would see putting a lot of effort and maintenance into her appearance to look the best that she can. With option B, think of a girls next door type. A woman that likes more of a simplistic appearance, but generally would not be a VS model type. From a guy's perspective, option A you would want to bang her when you first see her. Option B, you wouldn't want to bang her and the sexual attraction would take much longer to develop.

I think somewhere in between is a perfect middle ground. I believe Emma Watson is in that category, she can look cute at times, but other times she can look pretty hot if she tries to. she's my celebrity crush I really like her. I think guys usually like her cause her personality is amazing. she's not trashy like some other women. I think Megan Fox would be the type of woman that would be more on the hot side and a lot of guys would love to bang her, but her personality in my opinion isn't the best.
