How long guys go without texting their crush or someone their interested in?

I have a guy that’s admitted he’s a bad texter and can be slow. We have been texting more over a month now and his texts are getting shorter. Now he isn’t even texting me after our last convo ended and wonder if since me and this guy has been talking for over a month now, is it normal for guys to keep a distance?

Some people told me it’s a bad sign cause if a guy likes you he will make an effort. But i feel like me and this guy already talked about a lot of things and my gut is telling me he’s just busy. It’s been two days since i heard from him. Should i assume he ghosted me if i don’t hear from him after a week?

Hmm let me tell you about my. situation with one girl. I am. very interested in this girl and she nows it (and she is not that iterested but she said she is okay with me). But we texted almoust two weeks ago. That doent not mean I lost interest in her.

You sounds like really young bc you calculating about who last texted, who ended convo and stuffs like that.
Well, it is kinda true that he needs to schedule a new date bc he messed with last one. But, you talked two days ago and it is not really much time and that does not mean he gosted you.

You can text him first or he will do it. It really does not matter. Dont play games.

Normally i would initiate the text with him and did so before, but since he cancelled our date and rescheduled, I don't know what to believe anymore. 50% chance he will reach out to me and 50% chance he will ghost me.

That does not seems to me like he will ghost you. It seems like you are kinda worried without any reason. It was just two days ago when you last talked. You have time, no big deal. If he said he want go with you again - that means he want to do it. Simple as that, guys are simple.

If you think he need to init convo next time, just wait few more days and probably he will. And that you can text him if he dont do that first. You will see but dont act like he is only one :)

I didn't text girl I like for almoust 2 weeks (we just tagged each other on some post) and that doeno't mean I am not longer interested. Just chill.

Everything was fine until the day he cancelled our date and rescheduled to next week. I feel like he should text me again first?

He actually did tell me a solid reason during the day he had to reschedule. He had to go pick up his new dog. Wouldn’t he have texted me by now about his “new dog?” I feel like since he cancelled on me, he would assume i am a little upset and waiting for him to make the move?

Well uuuh you can approach him with something like "How is the puppy" and start a conversation about the dog and ask him to go on a date

Trust me, i want to text him so bad, but since he cancelled on me i feel like i would be showing him I have no other options and available for HIM, which would make him possibly flake on me again or something :/

B/c in the previous texts we had i made sure he knew i was interested in him and was excited for our date. I do want to text him but after he rescheduled i was the last person to text “yea no worries” and i haven’t heard from him after. Isn’t the ball in his court? And since he cancelled on our date i feel like he would assume i am somewhat upset? :/

Hahaha oh gurrl. I know it’s just... there’s a saying if a women keeps pursuing it’ll make the guy assume i am crazy about him. I think he should feel bad for cancelling our date
