That's not what I'm saying, I'm not talking about "should". Most of the time the differences in the ways men and women are down to the biological differences between men and women. Every double-standard stems from that. The idea that we "should" be exactly the same is based on a lie that we're not much different.

That is true. We are biologically different. But there're lots of stuff that stems from biology that we do not do in our life cause we have evolved. I get that guys need mnay women to feel satisfied but if that's the case they shouldn't expect their woman to be loyal

We haven't evolved. Society has evolved with modern technology but beneath our civilised conditioning we're just the same as our caveman ancestors, with the same instincts. That's why a lot of people get more violent and fuck strangers and basically start acting like chimps when they're drunk.

In those times relationships were mostly polygynous. One man multiple women. Many hunter-gatherer tribes around today live that way. The best hunters get all the women, and those women go with him willingly. The reason it's different is basically down to the fact that women get pregnant. If a man impregnates let's say 3 women who only have sex with him. Everybody knows who the parents are. The man's job is to protect the women and children and provide for them. In some cases he might be expected to sacrifice his life.

Why would he do that? Because the women are the mothers of his children - of his flesh and blood. What if they're not his children though because other men fucked his wife? He's sacrificing himself for another man's bloodline, while he's a genetic dead end.

That's why people don't respect cuckold men.
