We were sitting about 6-8 feet apart in a well lit room. We were talking and looking at each other.

I looked at his pants and his shirt. While I was looking at his pants I checked out the outlines of his stuff along his thigh.

Really tough to say because men can be so oblivious. If I noticed a chick checking me out, though, I would probably get flushed and feel like butterflies in my stomach. I wouldn't be upset about it, for sure.
