It's what you're meant to do. if you don't do it then she's gonna think it's not romantic, and not classy. Then she's gonna break up with you. The one way you don't need to be on your knee is if you propose to her while you are in a wheelchair, using crutches, or if you do it while skydiving.

Proposing on one knee is a simp thing to do. Proposing at all is a seriously stupid thing to do. Going through with it and actually getting married is a serious way to crash your life.
