Does staring mean he's interested?

So there's this guy I like in the store and he's always either making eye contact or looking at me when I'm not looking and quickly looks away and my manager for some stupid reason gave him my number and his number to me as well and I wanted to let him kno I didn't ask for it so I told him I gotta talk to him about something later but he never asked me anything the next day and last night I tried texting him and tell him what happened but no response so does it mean he's not interested if so why does he keep looking even when im not looking

Guys only stare at women when they're interested. At least I do. If you want to know if he's interested, start dropping some obvious hints in person. Maybe he is too shy and most guys can't read minds so if you like him, just try to get his attention in other ways.

Maybe he is just a nice guy too. There are several reasons. Has he given you other signs besides looking at you?

So far just making eye contact or looking when im not looking and soon as I catch him he quickly looks away and this lady in the deli told him I think that girl likes u and he smiled and said ahhh okay lol whatever that means

It could also be that you work together. I don't hit on women I work with so maybe it's just a work thing.

Make it seem that you like him. Don't hit on him but make it a little obvious that you like him.

It means he is attracted, but not necessarily interested.

It could mean he’s interested but he might also just think you’re pretty or something. Maybe he thinks you look familiar. Who knows, really

But he didn't even reply I mean he doesn't know it's me but he barely says hi in person and he never asked me what I wanted to talk about that night u think I should still make an effort or no and thanks for your response 😊
