Ex keeps looking at my social media. He is the one who dumped me! Why?

One month ago my ex dumped me for basically not feeling the same anymore. I’ve been sad, angry, and upset this past month as it’s been super difficult for me since i loved him so much.

I have been keeping busy and going out and continuing to live my life even through the pain. I’m a pretty avid Snapchat poster and if I’m out or doing something interesting I post it on my story. He has been pretty much one of the first people to view my Snapchat stories every single time. I just don’t understand how he was so sure about not wanting me in his life anymore but yet still checks what I post every time so quickly. It is very conflicting for me. I know a lot of you will say if it bothers me to just block him, but I just am trying to make sense of why he still checking on me if he was really that truly done like he said he was. Maybe I’ll never know.

Here’s the thing chica:

1. You need to do positive things to get your mind of all the rightful negativity you feel. You have every right to feel how you feel but don’t let it get at you by stay still. The more you go out and about, focus on yourself, the more you will get over it faster.

2. Exes will never want you to do better than them so do better than them.

3. If they come knocking back, don’t, I repeat, don’t allow that door to open. Respectfully say no.

From my personal experience: when my ex saw I was doing better than him, he came back to try to temporarily be in my life because he couldn’t see me happy although he broke up with me.

It’s temporary second thoughts because he can’t stand you being happy by yourself. He Subconsciously wants to take that from you since he doesn’t have it (unless he moved on himself). The results will not be positive if things were to go back to normal because both parties have not evaluated the mistakes occurred within the relationship.
