I’m no trouble at all lol. I just wonder why I develop the name “trouble” to him. Everyday he says “Hey trouble” or “There goes trouble”. What does this mean?

"Trouble" in this context is usually a term of affection. It is a play on language like a slightly shorter version of "When you are around, I lose my senses and would do things I normally would not do because you have that affect on me" .
