Short guy seeking attention?

I dont want to be superficial or judge anyone for looks or height as that's genetics and nobody has control over it but I gave a little bit of attention to this guy I used to see at my local juice shop (he makes the juices) and ever since he got my email and phone number, he neither contacted me and even claimed he will but didn't contact me.

I'm sorry if I sound rude but I have dating deal-breakers and this guy has all of them. He's quite short , not very cute and has zero personality. I like tall, masculine good looking men. But he was really nice to me, always staring a lot, being extra cute so I decided to give a shot and asked him to meet up. He asked for contact info but never contacted.

Now when I see him, I just feel like he's a creep.

Should I stop talking to him or be cordial?

MOST (Western) women are shallow like that and won't date short guys. They don't even want guys under six feet tall, but some reluctantly settle for short guys "who aren't shorter than [her]." Not wanting a guy under six feet or a guy who doesn't have a perfect body is the norm for (Western) women, however, if his personality isn't to your liking, than that's all you really had to say. Making fun of him for being less than six feet is kind of like being cruel to him over the internet for no reason at all.

Being a probably guy similar-looking to this guy, here's what probably happened: He saw you were cute, he liked you, and wanted to get to know you more. Then he got a small glimpse or sneak peek of your personality and decided you weren't the kind of person he wanted to get to know better. Perhaps, a nice outside, and a not-so-nice inside. He probably then felt embarrassed because he put in all this expression of wanting to get to know you, but then found out he probably regrets it. Not knowing what else to do, he ghosted you (which I don't condone, but that's what he probably did).

You should stop talking to him and not rub salt in the wound. And NEXT TIME, don't take pity on men who YOU find to be inferior and not worth your time or attention. Because that is what you likely did. You likely just took pity on him. It's best for both parties to be polite and just turn him down. It might disappoint him in the short run (no pun intended), but if you think he's a gross little manlet, it is definitely for the best of all parties involved. (I mean, it's not like you were going to change your mind on that, so why even give him your number out of pity, anyway? Was it just for personal validation and a man making you feel good?)

And no offense, but you're 30 to 35 and in no position to still be this shallow in your last years of social desirability. That's more of a 20 to 25 year old thing. But regardless, you are free to choose whoever you want. I'd just advise you treat people with respect and politeness whenever you do. Contrary to what you may or may not believe, pitying short "loser" guys isn't being nice to them.

Yes. He asked for my number twice after I gave him the card. Once at the cash register when he said next time you come in write your number then at the pick up counter when he came and suddenly said just give me your telephone number.
