Like literally, a lot of these guys are shooting people for NO reason. I don't know what pops in their head and goes “Hmm, I’m pissed off at everyone. Let me go kill random people to blow off some steam and not care about being arrested either.” You have to be sick in the head to do it. You have to be.

This is actually such an interesting question.

In my opinion, I think that because men are expected to be tough, hide their emotions, and handle every emotional situation as if they're unbothered, it builds up and eventually anyone would explode. But also keep in mind that most of the time these men have underlying mental issues as well such as schizophrenia, bipolar, paranoia, psychosis, and others in that category.
So when they eventually do explode, they act in violent or irrational ways.
Whereas women are openly emotional and tend to vent and not bottle up all their emotions as much as men do and I feel like it plays a big part in what you're asking.
