Victims of IPV in interracial couples were also more likely to be injured (OR = 1.37). Interracial couples were more likely to have children present (OR = 1.84), to have a prior report (OR = 1.98), to result in victim injury (OR = 1.73), and to result in perpetrator arrest than White couples (OR = 2.18). Interracial couples were more likely to engage in mutual assault than White couples (OR = 2.94).

The statistics do show that black people are more violent and driven by instincts than other races though of course those are only statistics and at the end of the day everyone has control over their actions.
As to why they seem to be more violent with other race partners than their own... I think because of cultural differences that lead to frustration and misunderstandings that can provoke violent behaviour. I don't think the reason is the actual skin colour, it never is. But different races and even nationalities behave differently. To me it's a cultural thing and I think people really understate how bad a cultural difference can be.
Interracial relationshipts are being promoted but in general they don't have the same success rate as single race relationships because of cultural differences.

Look, any kind of group of people that you compare, one will outdo the door. If you compare people with large noses with people with small noses, one group will be more abusive than the other.
