Why is he still talking about me?

I ghosted this guy and reconnected 4 months later. We hung out and that was the last time I saw him. It’s been months and he still talks about me, even his friends are stalking my social media. I don’t get it, why is he still bringing me up and talking about me?

Then that impact was negative, either because you're a bad person or he is.

I find that when you don’t really care for someone, you don’t talk about them at all. But for him to still bring me up really confuses me. I’m not doing anything negative that effects his life, we’re not even in contact.

Well yeah that's what am saying.. He doesn't necessarily care about you, but he definitely thinks about you often.
