This guy I'm friends with gets super touchy and flirty with me when ever we are at a party. I mean things like teasing me, wanting to spend time with me, laughing at my jokes or what I do in general. He also gets super touchy, like hugging me from behind, touching my back, thighs and ass. He would also like jokingly push me and then catch me again. Or sitting really close to me and then pulling me onto his lap. We also talk a lot and he would ask me to go to the bar with him or play pool with him. This has happend like at the past four parties we were at and usually we are tipsy or a bit drunk. When we're not at parties we only talk and definitely no touching or flirting. I honestly wouldn't mind it just being a hook up arrangement that could develop into more but I don't really know what he wants. Can any one give me some advice?
