The details are: he insisted I wear his coat, jokes about us having a honeymoon, hugged me for 2 minutes straight when I was crying, told me I love you once his friends left, texted me "babygirl" (but he said it was accidentally voice to text, he meant it to his cat), and when he learned my age he said "oh, that's weird, but age doesn't really matter to me. Unless it's super young that's bad haha." And he also made his friend move off the couch so I could sit by him.
But once, he told me I loved you in front of his friends but he added "not romantically." He was very happy when I said it back, but still. That would mean he doesn't like me, but the other signs have me confused.
He knows I liked him 8 years ago cos I confessed back when we were kids. Nothing came of it then. Maybe now he's just teasing me since I used to like him?
