Guys, Dmed me back on Insta but didn’t follow?

Just as the title says, made the first move and dmed a guy on Instagram to which he dmed back a little back and forth, accepted my request but did not follow me back. Is he playing games? Obviously seems uninterested to me but I’m not sure if I should wait it out or just unfollow and move on. It’s been a day.
