Why is he trying to get my attention?

For context, I’m a college freshman for summer session (my college is weird and makes some of us start early). I have an RA which means resident advisor on my floor and lately he’s been doing things that make me wonder if he could be attracted to me. I didn’t think much until my friends started to point it out and told me they think he has a thing for me. I do run into him a lot every day, not in our dorm but when I go out with my friends and when we see each other, I guess you could say he singles me out. My friend pointed this out too, that he only talks to me and just doesn’t acknowledge the rest of our group even though he knows them, but I don’t think it’s intentional. Like today he was with his own friends and he saw me and my friends. He told me not to move, then proceeded to shoot me with a water gun indoors lol. My friend pulled me aside and asked me if he liked me or something. I have no idea but now that I think about it, i can’t tell if he does or not. He’s a sweet guy like he’s given me his rain jacket and stuff but I used to just blow it off as him being a friendly guy. Now I’m not so sure.
