There’s this guy I like at work and he's a very confident person who chats to everyone and makes jokes with them. But when it comes to me, he's extremely nice and cracks a few jokes here and there, but not as many as he does with the others. while he's talking to someone, he speaks quite loudly while I'm close by, and I can see him gazing at me from the corner of my eye.

He acts entirely differently towards me; he never expresses his anger when I make a mistake at work, but when another girl does, he scolds her. But he never says anything to me, or if he does, he says it softly.

When we speak, he looks me in the eyes and smiles to himself whenever I do something clumsy. He checks my body when I'm not looking (a friend noticed). He also avoids me on some days, but when he does, he stares at me and then turns away when I look back.

Trying to get your attention? Lol. Don't think so. You certainly watching him like a hawk non though. So you obviously are attracted to him.

Social butterfly equals confidence. Not in my book. I don't like social butterflys much. Everything about me will be spread like wild fire with super talky people.
