Okk so let me tell you one thing don't draw any conclusions... Maybe he has just found u attractive , i am saying attractive not being in love with you. So if you met him next time... just observe his behaviour...

also, i observed that he tends to be around me in school, acted shy quiet nervous & stuttered around me. He would stand near me but would never talk to me first. I'm the one who usually starts the convo, like asking for his help in something etc. he dropped things in front of me too...

You know that's where we all ruined our going to be relations coz we ask everyone expect from whom we have to... See If u have guts... then Go and chat with him , normally... you will get all ur doubts clear. And yes acting nervous and shy in front of a girl... is a sign but u have to confirm it

Cuz I know when I met my best friend girl I couldn’t get my eyes off her for a minute. She was just so pretty. Maybe it’s the same here. Looks normally grabe our attention first.

Well I can just speak from my experience. I think we want her to notice that we are attracted to her that we find her pretty. It’s like a silent way of saying, "Tell me more about you. I want to know more about you”. The girl can do anything she wants if she feels uncomfortable she has the right to tell him that she does. Or she can ether just talk about her self and try making a new friendship.
