Typically like, "They're big!" My preferences aren't necessarily for that big. That said, if the girl looks like that, there'd also probably be like a "hubba bubba" and I might find it difficult to look away.

I don't necessarily want to have sex with every girl who gives me a "hubba bubba" response though. The analogy I like to use is that a seasoned chef might be able to cook human eyeballs in a way that smells delicious, causing my nose to say, "Yummy!" But I don't actually want to eat it.
