Could he be attracted to me?

There’s an interesting guy at work. I watch how the guy interacts with other coworkers and it’s normal. With a male coworker he’ll be more outgoing. With me he’ll initiate if we’re in the same area and we’re around the same age. He’ll always touch his hair while we’re talking or if I’m nearby. Sometimes we don’t talk and he’ll go to another area in the store to interact with customers or other coworkers. We always somehow make eye contact. Two days ago he was standing nearby and looked like he really wanted to talk to me. I told him I was burning up and there’s this fan that we were sharing and he offered to move it for me or to come closer. One thing I notice about him is that while we’re talking he’ll only make eye contact with me while I’m speaking or when I look away. One time he followed me into the back room and I was going to the bathroom and he was staring and he asked if I was leaving. Also I notice he comes very very close to me lol to the point where I can smell his cologne through my mask. One time we were talking and I told him my career goal because we’re both in college and he said I’d be great at it because of the way I spoke. Two days ago he also asked me what was my favorite burger place and if I knew any good ones in the area. He asked me what do I put on it because he was thinking about ordering some after work. He said he didn’t put a lot of toppings because it cost extra lol. Yesterday he came up to me and said hey and everything and he told me he felt like he was having deja vu because we were in the same place as yesterday having a conversation. I asked him if he got burgers and he said yes and told me which place he went to. I told him I was gonna get some after work and he said I should treat myself. I catch him staring at me sometimes. I’m transferring to his college and kinda just looking for a friend. Is there any chemistry there, is there flirting or attraction?
