Having a high IQ means being able to see patterns in things very well. For example, I said 1-3%. Anyone with a decent IQ would realize that 2% falls into that category. An intelligent person wouldn't feel the need to state the obvious and say that 132 falls into the top 2%, which wouldn't even really be an accurate description anyways.
