Yeah, I could do close to that at that age, bench presses are not really that hard or just picking up that much weight, it’s curling and overhead presses that are hardest to do with a lot of weight
It's because he both has a strong chest and his upper arms are still really short he has not really gone through his growth spurt yet. as he hits his growth spurt around 14 he could see his bench drop way down for a while before slowly climbing back up as he gets stronger chest muscles. look closely and you see just how short his upper arm is and how thick his chest muscles are. bet he goes shirtless over the summer showing off his chest muscles and making a lot of friends that way.
