Why would a guy send me a video of him lifting weights?

It was just really odd. I don't know this guy well, and he sent a video of himself on his phone lifting free weights...Guys, would you ever do this? And this is a guy in his thirties...not a teenager.

To help you to understand this, think of the construction worker cliche. When a pretty woman walks by, the construction workers inevitably howl and whistle, etc. It's because, frankly, that's the best a lot of us are capable of. We really have no idea what impresses you, so we dumbly try the stupidest stuff. He sounds immature and insecure. I'd be done with that un-classy dude! Hope this helps!
