Women are different than men. As a general rule (which means individual exceptions exist), women are better than men at some things and worse than men at others. We've each evolved differently because our roles in life have been quite different.
Both are needed for the survival of the species, and, really, in order for the vast majority of both to have a good life. We do better together, and our differences means that someone will have a strength where the other has a weakness.
Sure, you can point out a specific example where men are better, or where women are better, but we all understand those things. I don't see why that matters. Women aren't any less IMPORTANT or NEEDED than men, but they aren't the best choice for every task, just as men are not. I know some women get very offended by that, but it's the truth, at least for the vast majority. So what? It doesn't mean we don't respect each other, or that we can't live and/or work together.

Men and Women can both be very successful. For a job one woman will be better than a man and one man will be better than a women, its all above the skills and expertise they worked to develop. Its all a matter of what your given human body can do. Woman have less testosterone than men and men have less estrogen than women. The effort and efficiency of every human being is what moves them forward.
