So my friend dm’d the boy on Instagram and said so and so likes you a lot and wants to get to know you better. Is he gonna freak out and think I’m a weirdo and loser or be flattered at worst?

Honestly if I have mixed feelings about a girl as in I like her but don't know if we would be good together but then get an outside confirmation that she likes me that would make me more motivated to give it a shot because at least now I've eliminated the possibility that she doesn't like me and can work accordingly
